- Leg - Average weight 10kg, without tail
- Short Loin - Can be produced as Hog Meats (without skin). Cryvac packed boneless hog meats and pork tenderloin are available
- Neck End - Cut with four bones, average weight 5.5kg. Can be sold skinless
- Short Belly - Average weight 5.5kg. Boxed fresh belly ribs as well
- Hand and Spring - Cut with three bones. We stock a selection of trims
